About the Restaurant
The Grill Room at The Lalit New Delhi serves a gastronomic repertoire of meats, seafood and poultry from around the world.
The gourmet selection entails premium meats known for their succulent quality, flavour and tenderness. Chef Boby Jacob recommends dishes like Polenta, Grill Pork ribs. Each dish in the menu is carefully crafted.
Located on the 28th floor rooftop with an open plan kitchen, the restaurant offers an unmatched Bird’s eye view of Delhi. The restaurant has been recognized amongst the 500 Finest Restaurants in Asia by The Miele Guide in 2011 & 2012. It has been awarded as ‘Delhi’s Best European Fine Dine’ in 2015 by Times Food & Nightlife Awards.

With more than 14 years of experience in F&B production, Chef Boby’s culinary journey has been an intensive one with several 4 and 5 star hotels and cruise liners. With strong communication skills, he builds internal and external audience. He has experiences in dietary department and also high volume fine dining experience with United Kingdom celebrity chef MARCO PIER WHITE.
